Easy Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 pkgs. “Jiffy” Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 4 Hot dogs

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
  3. Prepare muffin mix as directed on package.
  4. Cut each hot dog into three equal pieces.
  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  6. Place one section of hot dog, standing upright, in the center of each muffin cup.
  7. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve with ketchup and mustard and enjoy!
